looop

Terms of service

Effective 21 October 2026 · Русский

These terms apply between you and the looop service (looop.studio). By using looop you agree to them. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

What looop is

Persistent loops for a team's recurring conversations, a call with a live transcript, a recap and tasks afterwards. Sign-in is with a Google or Apple account. Access is opened by request or by an invitation to a space.

Your content

Everything you say and write in looop is yours. We process it only to provide the service: run the call, transcribe it, produce the recap, show it to the people of your space. Recaps and tasks are produced by the agent and may contain mistakes — check before you rely on them.

Responsibility for a call

Calls in looop are transcribed and may be recorded. Whoever starts a call and invites people into it is responsible for making sure they know and don't object, as the law of their country requires.

What is not allowed

  • Using looop for unlawful purposes or to harm people.
  • Breaking the service, bypassing access, degrading it for others.
  • Handing your account to other people.

Availability

looop is a young product and is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data intact, but we don't promise uninterrupted service and aren't liable for lost profits. We may close access for breaking these terms; you can leave at any time — data is deleted on request.

Changes and contact

These terms may change; the new version is published here with a new date. Questions — support@looop.studio.
